COURSE CHARGE

Second person from the same company training at the same time - $1000.00

Courses can be changed to meet the individuals needs of each student

with emphasis placed on the areas the student wishes to concentrate on.

 

1 WEEK COURSE in TWO-HANDED DIPPING AND TEMPERING OF CHOCOLATE

3 methods of tempering - one shot hand dipping for making moulded chocolates

COURSE CHARGE

$1,500 per person

Second person from the same company at the same time - $950.00

 

1 WEEK COURSE in MAKING CANDY CENTERS

Preparation of creams, caramels, truffles, meltaways, brittles, jellies, nougats - includes all formulae for the centers

$1,500 per person

            Second person from the same company at the same time - $950.00

 

1 WEEK COURSE in CANDY MERCHANDISING and RETAIL CANDY STORE OPERATION

Includes display presentation of bulk and boxes candy and chocolates, wrapping,   sales methods and training, paperwork for retail stores, sources for both supplies and candy, cases, store layout, lighting, rotation and storage of candies inventory control and selling techniques.

$1000.00 per person

Second person from the same company at the same time - $750.00

 

1 DAY COURSE in MAKING AND SELLING OF FUDGE - the making of fudge from scratch ingredients (substantial savings over making fudge from fudge

from a mix using a fudge machine).  Fudge made using a microwave - includes recipes.

$450.00 per person
